Dashboard, calendar and reports

The dashboard summarizes the current state of the environment on one page; each panel opens the section it summarizes. The Exercises and learning panel shows the last and next tabletop exercise, open follow-up actions and your own learning status. The calendar shows degradations, scheduled windows, recovery and tabletop exercises, change freezes, due dates and lifecycle milestones by day. Reports cover degradations, the change log, systems, work history, data gaps, trends, servers and integrations, and each exports exactly what its filters show as CSV. Overlapping degradations of one system are counted once in every figure of degradation time: the catalog and its CSV export, the record's History tab, the Degradation report's tiles, its bars by system and its bars by reason or root cause, the dashboard's degradation time and monthly bars, the Trends report (where each system's degradation time, planned and unplanned together, is merged before it is divided by month, so overlapping degradations count once and one that spans two months counts in each month for its own part), the Servers report, the continuity documents and the team briefings. The Degradation report's Change-related tile is highlighted only when it is above zero. Times in CSV exports are local times, with the time zone in a column of its own; the export of all data gives times in UTC. The Change log report reads the history for the period chosen, newest first, and lists the latest 300 changes; its export includes up to 5,000.
