Continuity documents

Under Continuity, Documents, the contact and escalation sheet, recovery sequence, cyber incident sheet and full continuity package are generated from the records each time they are opened. Each states the currency of its data: the records verified within their review interval, overdue for review and not yet verified, the incomplete records, and the date of the last exercise. Retired records are left out of these counts. Telephone numbers written in the usual forms, such as 555-0181, (312) 555-0181, 1-800-555-0199, +44 (0)20 7946 0958 and 800-555-0199 ext. 214, and hyphenated names and tiers are not broken across lines, in the contact sheet, vendor directory, incident roles, recovery sequence, recovery priorities, cyber incident sheet and role briefings.
