EA Sphere Terms of Service
EA Sphere for Jira Cloud is an app published by Renevell LLC ("Renevell") and offered through the Atlassian Marketplace. This page sets out the terms under which an organization uses it.
1. The agreement
Your organization's use of EA Sphere is governed by the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0 (the "Standard Agreement"), together with the provider-specific terms in section 2. Under the Standard Agreement, Renevell is the Provider and your organization is the Customer, and the provider-specific terms take precedence over the Standard Agreement where they differ. Your organization accepts both when it first orders EA Sphere on the Atlassian Marketplace.
2. Provider-specific terms
Governing law and venue: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction.

Data: Customer Data is hosted and processed by Atlassian on the Forge platform as Provider's sub-processor, under Atlassian's Forge Data Processing Addendum. Provider processes Customer Data only on Customer's behalf to provide the app, and Provider's personnel do not access Customer Data in providing the app. The data protection addendum for this agreement is Provider's Data Processing Addendum at https://renevell.com/ea-sphere/dpa/.
Notices: Notices to Provider under this agreement are sent to support@renevell.com with "Legal notice" in the subject.
3. Orders and billing
EA Sphere is ordered, billed and renewed through the Atlassian Marketplace, and Atlassian handles payment for it.
4. Changes to these terms
We will post any change to these terms on this page with a new effective date.
